For a Web and Mobile Design class, I created a prototype app to fix a common problem I’ve experienced at Duquesne University—parking. It’s frustrating not knowing if there are any open spots until you’re already in the garage. My app lets users check in advance which floors still have available spots, using real-time data from sensors in each space. It’s a simple idea that could save a lot of time and stress.
